To register a new patient you will need to live within our practice boundary.

To register with the practice:

• use the NHS: Register with Grosvenor Medical Centre service

Your application will be processed within 7 working days.

If there is a problem with your registration, your registration will not be processed and you will be contacted for further information as appropriate. You can also ask for registration forms at either of our reception desks.
