Physical Accessibility at Grosvenor Medical Centre & Gresty Brook Surgery

Our practice is accessible to patients with different access needs at both sites.

We have wheelchair ramps at Gresty Brook and a sloped entrance at Grosvenor Medical Centre, and easy-open doors at both practices.

There is a disabled parking space at both sites. If you are visually or hearing impaired, or have learning difficulties, please let our Reception Staff know who will be happy to assist you with your visit to the practice.

The practice can also arrange interpretation services via Language Line for assistance during consultations.
