How Do I Order My Repeat Prescription?
- Online – Using our prescription requests triage
- Using one of our online services – accuRx, Patient Access or myGP app. If you would like to register for Patient Access (a free service) please complete our Register for Online Services Form.
- Requesting a repeat prescription through your local pharmacy order and collect service.
Please allow 2 working days for a repeat prescription to be issued and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse at least every 6 months to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions. If you have been advised by the surgery that your medication review is due, you will need to fill out our Medication Review Form.
