Grosvenor Medical Centre and Gresty Brook Surgery is a part of GHR Primary Care Network (PCN), which along with Hungerford Medical Centre and Rope Green Medical Centre provides care to over 43,000 patients across Crewe.

Primary Care Networks are the newest solution to collaborative working within the NHS with the aim of sharing resources to tackle health demands of the area.

Together our practices work locally with the community mental health teams, social care, pharmacy, hospital and voluntary services to care for local patients.
