Repeat Prescriptionsred_pills_bottle

All prescriptions are computer printed with a copy on a tear-off slip. When you need a new prescription, the repeat slip should be returned to the surgery so that the prescription can be issued and checked by the doctor before signing.

Only tick items that are required and put the slip in the box in the foyer. If you are over-ordering an item, your request may not be issued.

Order Online

You may also request your repeat prescription online via the link at the top of this page. First-time users are required to register - click here to find out more.

We regret we cannot take repeat medication requests by phone.

Patients can make arrangements with local pharmacists to pick up their repeat prescriptions at the pharmacy.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse at least every six months to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
