Enhanced access

South Cheshire and Vale Royal GP’s are now offering extended hours appointments at selected practices which will be known as GP hubs.

These appointments are available to any registered patients from any practice within the boundaries of South Cheshire and Vale Royal.

Please ask your practice receptionist who can book you an appointment. You can also use our online ask reception a question form.

Your local pharmacist

Your local pharmacist will be able to give you free health advice at any time – you don’t need an appointment. Many pharmacies operate extended hours on a rota basis.

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Accessibility

Our practice is accessible to patients with different access needs at both sites.

We have wheelchair ramps at Gresty Brook and a sloped entrance at Grosvenor Medical Centre, and easy open doors at both practices.

There is a disabled parking space at both sites. If you are visually or hearing impaired, or have learning difficulties, please let our reception staff know who will be happy to assist you with your visit to the practice.

The practice can also arrange interpretation services via language line for assistance during consultations.
