Online services and apps

Access to online services at the practice can be done in a number of ways. If a patient wishes to use the NHS App, myGP app or Patient Access, they can download these on their device or phone. They may be asked to contact the Practice for additional credentials to access the services fully. Patients can also ask for these credentials first by filling in an Online Services form at the practice or from our website. Please note you will be asked for identity documents to support the application. Further information about these services can be found below.

Please use Register for Online Services here or pick up a form from the practice and bring the signed form to the practice with your ID.

Abuse of online systems

Abuse of online services, including this website, includes, but is not exclusive to the the list below. The practice WILL withdraw online services if it feels they are being used inappropriately. Abuse will result in a Zero Tolerance warning, and removal from the practice will follow if the behaviour is repeated. In the case of repeated inappropriate requests on the website service, your submissions will not be processed.

  • Sending needless or abusive messages to the Practice
  • Repeatedly booking and cancelling appointments 
  • Repeatedly booking appointments over a short period of time
  • Booking appointments and not attending them 
  • Any offensive or abusive messages through the service 
  • Requesting prescriptions that you do not need.
  • Requesting urgent appointments when it has been made clear the website only offers routine appointments.
