Grosvenor Medical Centre& Gresty Brook Surgery are committed to preserving and enhancing its good reputation for being a caring and innovative practice. Each and every patient matters, and as a practice we aim to offer our patients the best possible service by working to a set of values and principles agreed by the partners at the practice.
Our core values and principles which guide us are:
Patient – centred: Each patient’s individual needs and experience are our prime consideration and at the heart of everything we do.
Quality: Provide the highest possible standards of effective care and treatment to our patients with compassion, dignity, and respect. To achieve this, the practice will provide most of your care at the practice, which will involve advice and treatment in a timely manner, with discussion of the treatments available. This will enable patients to maintain the maximum possible level of independence, choice and control.
Teamwork: To maintain our functional practice team and environment that is welcoming, friendly and caring for all our patients.
Premises: To deliver healthcare to our patients in a clean, safe, accessible and well equipped environment.
Ethical: To act as an advocate for our patients to guide you through health and social services and treat you with respect and courtesy at all times.

Staff: To be a highly skilled work force displaying compassion and courtesy in all our dealings with patients, their families, carers and with each other. To take care of our staff offering support to do their jobs and to protect them against abuse.
