Do It Online

Online Services and Apps

Access to online services at the practice can be done in a number of ways. If a patient wishes to use the myGP app, Patient Access or the NHS App, they can download these on their device or phone. They may be asked to contact the Practice for additional credentials to access the services fully. Patients can also ask for these credentials first by filling in an Online Services form at the practice or from our website. Please note you will be asked for identity documents to support the application. Further information about these services can be found below.

Patient Access

Patient Access allows patients to book online appointments, order repeat prescriptions and see aspects of your medical records. If you have Patient Access, you can also apply for Proxy Access for your children or members of your family/someone you provide care for.

Please use Register for Online Services here or pick up a form from the practice and bring the signed form to the practice with your ID.

Patients under the age of 16 cannot use this service.

MyGP

MyGP is an app that you download on your device or phone. You can use this to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions and see aspects of your medical records. Patients do not need to come to surgery or provide ID initially but may be asked to do so to access some services.

You can also add children to your account as long as the child gives their consent either verbally to the practice or in writing.

NHS App

The NHS app offers similar services to Patient Access and MyGP app and is a good place to quickly access any Covid passes you may need.

Covid Passes

The practice cannot provide valid Covid passes for travel or domestic purposes. If you cannot access the NHS App, please contact NHS 119 or visit: NHS: Getting a digital NHS COVID Pass.

Please be aware that that the Practice does not own, manage or run any of the online services. In the event of any problems, please contact your online services provider/app in the first instance, not the surgery.
