Community Nurses

The District Nursing Team is based at Eagle Bridge and can offer a wealth of experience and expertise in Home Nursing.

They accept referrals from professionals. District Nurses can be contacted via Crewe Care Community on 01270 278420 between 08:00 and 17:00 and have an answering machine.

Health Visitors

We work closely with the health visitors who are based in Eagle Bridge Health Centre. Their aims are to promote health and prevent ill health. They monitor the health and development of children and their families. They can usually be contacted between 09:00 and 10:00 on 0300 1234576.

Dietician

Dieticians provide expert advice about weight reduction and special diets. A dietician attends Grosvenor all day on Tuesdays. The doctor or nurse will arrange an appointment, if appropriate. The Dietician provides individual counselling for many conditions and, if requested, we are willing to arrange group sessions for weight reduction.

Physiotherapy

You can self refer for physiotherapy in the South Cheshire and Vale Royal Physiotherapy Self Referral Form.

We have 2 musculoskeletal specialists who can diagnose, refer and treat many MSK conditions.

Lucy Rice

The practice has access to full time physiotherapists who are based at the new Eagle Bridge health centre. The doctor will be able to refer you to the physiotherapist when appropriate.
