Practice Team

Our Practice Manager has the task of coordinating the administrative and financial side of the practice. If there are any comments on the administrative side of the practice, good or bad, please pass them on in person or by letter. The Practice is open to new ideas and would like to encourage patients to bring them forward. The Practice has an in-house complaints procedure. Please contact the Practice Manager if you have any complaints.

Care Navigators

Our reception team are trained to be care navigators and provide an important link for patients and the practice. They can provide information on services and direct you to the most appropriate person depending on your health issue or query. Care navigators can deal with prescription enquiries, booking appointments, and the majority of general patient queries.
